Hello,
I am about to file for VISA. I have my uncle who is living in canada and also has a PR, he is willing to sponsor me for the duration of my study period. I am stuck with couple of questions, any help is much appreciated.
I am asked(by the consultancy) to provide my Uncle's and Aunt's bank statements, payment stubs, and Notice of Assessment(NOC). My uncle and aunt has joint account in CIBC and TD bank, they both have separate login details but while printing estatement my uncle's name is only printed. Is this OK?
My uncle sent me his estatements, are these statements ok or does he need to get it in Bank's printed paper and provide me a scanned copy?
My Aunt kept her family name, meaning my uncle and aunt have diffenent family name in passport, PR card and everwhere. My uncle thought that the NOC letter would have Aunts details in it proving they are married, but it does not. How do I prove they are married and they are my uncle and aunt.
Note: I have a paper provided by my government that my uncle is infact my uncle, but I do not have anything relating me to my aunt.
Help is much appreciated.
Thank You.
