bank statement and CIC

I am in a different country while my bank account is in my home country . I would need to show bank statement to CIC for immigration program , someone is authorized to take bank statement out from bank in my home country . Is it possible that he sends me a scan of it and i print it and then send it to CIC . Or they want orignal one . When I think of the term bank statement I think when I can login to online banking services page and take a snapshot/print screen and then print it that should also be considered a bank statement .

Will they accept such thing or someone needs to take bank statement and then post it here in the country where I live after which I should send it to CIC ( originals )

Hi,

refer to the document checklist for the program after which you are applying if its asking for the original then be it if only a copy then do as required,i highly doubt they will ask for the original bank statement but verify the document checklist as it should be your primary source of information.

No problem, you can even access it online and print it yourself if your bank has this feature.
