Does anyone of you know how to submit a Bank Draft (Immigration fee for Permanent Residency) to the government of Canada from Morocco?

dude it is best for you to submit your sponsorship application from CANADA and NOT while you are inside morocco.
i know people their papers being held for more than 2 years because of investigation. WHY ARE YOU LIVING IN MOROCCO IF YOU WANT TO SPONSOR YOUR SPOUSE TO CANADA......

Dear Sir, if you read my post you'll see that am not trying to sponsor anybody, i'm applying for a permanent residency from Morocco and i was asked to pay the government fee for the immigration services using a bank draft.

you can make draft by the name of "receiver general" in Canadian dollar and send with your application.
All over the world CIC have the same rules and regulations for immigration services.
