Bank Draft for immigration visa- Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Urgent please)

Hi Everyone

can someone please advise where can I make a bank draft in Jeddah? I went to many banks and they are all asking for a bank account of bank in canada, they can not transfer to "Receiver general for Canada" without an account number

I have all the documents except the bank draft.. I need to send to the Embassy ASAP

Find a vfs center in Jeddah and apply there
U don't need bank draft they will accept cash
