Applied on 13th November at vfs banglore. Got mail on 30/11/17 stating that the passport is dispatched , but i did not get approval email now, will it be rejection then? Is it because if rejection my passport got prosseced in 17 days?

Just completed my grade 12 with 76.8
Ielts 6.5
Applied under spp

Hi , I applied on Nov 10 and the application is being processed at Canada Visa office, Bangalore under University Category. I linked my paper application online.
I got medicals passed on Nov 22. Review of Eligibility is in progress. Apart from that no update.
Do you have any idea when the application will be approved ?
Kindly share your views.
