I assume you are asking IELTS band which is CLB 7. This means you have to score minimum 6 in EACH OF THE FOUR IELTS Categories.

Are you talking about IELTS band score or what? Please clarify.
If it is IELTS than the minimum you should get to be eligible is L 6.0 / R 6.0 / W 6.0 / S 6.0
It is also important to have at least 6.0 per ability so that even 5/9/9/9 will not qualify.
