Ban mailing passport to Mexico for visa in my country

Hi everyone,

I need to mail my passport to Mexico-Canada embassy for WP visa stamp, but people tell me my country

(Venezuela)bans mailing passport to overseas. It's very bad news for me. (I still look forward this news is not true. )

Does anyone have this same experience? I am thinking I need to fly to Mexico to drop off my passport. ( That is only I can

do if the ban is real.) But does the embassy accept me if I drop off my passport? I need big help, please!

Eventually I got confirmed from DHL Express counter that it is OK to mail passport to another country. :-*
