Balance Certificate validity

I got bank balance certificate (to show funds)in the first week of march, and submitting my application by end of march.

Do you think they will accept this certificate or i have to get another one just before sending the application, is there any validity time for bank balance certificate to be considered by cic?

please advice.

I don't think there is any specific time period, but it suppose to be recent - the bank statement you submit right now is more or less a formality in your application, CIC will check the funds again when you land in Canada.

New Yorker you will summit certified copies of the bank letter and bank statements or everything in original?

I have already submitted originals from the Bank. I made a copy for me. Once they review and I meet or exceeds the funds requirement then the application proceed. Once you land in Canada, you will not be asked for the same letter from the Bank, first it might be outdated at that time, and second you may have different amount now as you are immigrating for good, you might have sold your land, properties etc. and gained cash from there. The point is, just show if you can to meet the requirement, at the time of landing that's when you really need to show your funds.

Thank You! :-D Did you find any friend or relative for the PGR certificate? Did CIC already require this or you just are preparing for that?

Still waiting to get the original requirement, medical forms etc. As soon as I receive I will post it here for others. Also, I am not sure who to look for in Mexico, I am hoping for the best to find one, I know that no matter what, CIC will ask for the PGR thing from Mexico as that is their policy.
