- 13 nov, a day before the visa expires
After 14 years in US, it time to move to another country.
Atleast one good thing is, it looks the same and shares a border.
But its true, i am ten years away from getting a green card.
Unfortunately i am not in IT so cant jobs so easily but in Social sciences.
Leave alone getting a job, but proving the employers to agree to sponsor
is a tough task in non profit.
I did what i could for 14 years , did the right thing and people who
joined with me are directors and VP of huge non profits.
I am stuck here with nothing and no room to grow professionally.
Its been a very rough experience, people just get stuck due to visa issues.
Its time to cut the cord and be free of a visa or job bondage slavery.
No one knew 15 years ago, its going to turn out that way.
I thank Canada for giving me a new life. I dont know what i would have done without Canada.
All Backloggers and Retrogressed individuals from India, i feel you.
