I have been to canada in 2003, I filed for Refugee and been refused and than I apealed which also ended in refusal and than I recieved a departure order and I left with in time. So my Question is that its been almost 13 years now and I am planing to apply for visitors visa. What should I reply to the above question. If yes than do i need to fill in details and will it be possible for any rejection to my visa application. kindly advice. Thanks

1. The answer is yes.
2. The previous refugee claim refusal is going to make it difficult for you to obtain a Temporary Resident Visa.
