Background History Check Requirements

Hi,
When we applied for express entry, my wife had been a resident in the US for lesser than 6 months and I was told that I need not get Background Verification of Identity History in the US for her. However, we have submitted the same from the previous two countries where she had resided earlier for a longer time. Now my application is in progress, but my wife has now been staying for more than 6 months in the US. Do I need to get a Identity History in the US and send it again since the "6 months" timeline has crossed in between the process?
Will IRCC request that during evaluation?

Her Arrival to the US: June 26th
Applied: September 26th
Status: Pending Review

Your application is locked at the time of AOR. So, you don't need to send her FBI police certificate. IRCC may contact you if the police certificate is required. Good Luck!
