Hello Seniors

I applied for PR-CEC category in 2012 and got the AOR.

I found that in my spouse's background declaration form I provided only 9 yrs information.I want to send the corrected form.
Can someone let me know whether I need to send complete background declaration form or only the corrected page.

CIC office will contact you if they want to get more information.

Hello, you can send additional information to CIC if you desire, just use the email address that was provided in your AOR for correspondence purposes,
Please be sure to include your application number, your name and date of birth. You can send a .pdf file.
Explain why are you sending it, and kindly ask for a confirmation that the information was received by CIC.
confirmation might not come, but 99.9% they will include it the file. Strictly speaking they don't have to confirm receipt of any documents from you, so it depends on the agent who is viewing your email.

Send it to whichever office is processing the application. I wouldn't send until you have received your aor.

Btw I would send the updated background dec in hard copy by mail, not email.

To minimize chances of error, I would send a complete form and not just a continuation !

Perhaps just the history pages is easier for CIC to append. It should be recommendable to send just the history page.

My recommendation is to send whole background declaration form (all pages) and ask CEC to replace existing one with this.
Send it by speedpost to CPP-O.
