Which of the 2 did you do? Also, did you do it from the past 10 years or since you were 18 years old?

I did the number 1 but on the CIC website they have like the number 2. Just that it doesn't make sense done that way.
I did it for the past 10 years, and on the email they sent they asked me to do it for the past 10 years.
