Can you suggest me what should I write my remarks about refusal student visa in 2000. I do not know why Visa officer then what should I write in Background information form in 6(d) as my answer is yes in remark column. Please help me to suggest.

I'd be clear that you don't know why you were refused. If you really don't know. Because they ask for complete details. They want to know the full story of the refusal (even though they already know because it is in their records).
