BackGround checks Problem...

one of my friend applied with me in the same category.....Also submitted the documents with full application and waiting for "provisional acceptance". H eapplied within my time line but have not recieved any provisional acceptance letter. The problem with him is that he have been living in germany for a period of 2 years as a refuge but did't mentioned that in his background declation.he did't made any crime within his stay in germany but the problem was to get the police clearance from germany when he is back a long time ago and no one is their to collect that letter for him. so he just not mentioned that in his background declation. He is worried that might be they will regect his case if they will come to know abt his stay in germany...bec we all have recieved the proviosional acceptance but he is the only still waiting. if they verify by their own sources.

Rupeshari...thanks for your reply.. Provision acceptance means the letter that is normally sent after the completingn of documents verification and point aprroval stage.he just mentioned that period in his own country and accordingly provided the police clearance...Non of his document is showing his stay in germany.

In my view as long as CHC could not know that he was in Germany its good other wise shahyan's post in this post will be result. May this not happen and Allah Almighty Help him.

if CHC officers find that misrepresentation(i would say it misrepresentation) then your friend 's application will be rejected otherwise no worries.
i strongly recommend to all to be transparent and honest.

From experience, German police certificate(s) are one of the easiest and cheapest to get on earth.
All he needed to do was to download the form from the website of the German Consulate of his country of residence. Fill out the form, Pay ca Euro 13 and send in the notarized photocopy of his passport. (Job done)

The German authority, irrespective of the status of the individual, centrally registers every and each individual on there Database. Germany is a "Police State" and as such even as a refugee your friend must have been registered @ the "Rathaus or Gemeinde" unless he was there illegally. If he spent 2 years in Germany there is no way he would have survived without being registered. Again, unless he was there on a false identity.

Sorry to be a bit cruel but that is the truth.
