Background Checks by CIC

When CIC does their background check on the applicant do they do a Credit Check? And if so do County Court Judgments go against you?

Thanks..probably a silly question but I seem to keep worrying about everything that could go wrong lately!!

Nope no credit checks and judgements do not hurt only Bankruptcy.

Is that undischarged bankruptcy? or Bankruptcy in general?

bankruptcy in general is fine, just undischarged is the problem.
