Background Check Stage - GCMS notes - Sharing experience

As we have been seeing various questions around BG check stage/process, I am setting this thread to share/discuss the meaning of specific points (i.e. not started, in progress, not required, and completed) in the light of experiences of members who are at or have received PPR, what is exactly done in this stage and if applicants need to take any action. More importantly, if members who have received GCMS notes can share their experience and how they interpret GCMS notes.

The issue here is not every one (or rather most of them) who has/had ordered and received GCMS notes knows exactly with certainty what to make of it.

Thanks. Yes, definitely not for those who have GCMS notes but for those who dont have GCMS notes or want to know about the process.
