Background Check - Not Applicable?

On Mycic, Background Check went from
"your application is in process, we will send you a message when we start your background check" to "Not Applicable".
What does it mean?

March Applicant
SA- done
PCC and Schedule A Uploaded
Medical Passed
AOR 2 rcvd in early May.

Usually that's good news when it changes to N/A but depending on your visa officer. In Ottawa, that could mean PPR is near.

London? I have no idea. When my TRV got approved, BGC changed to N/A just before PPR.

Thats amazing if true. Anybody else on here who had N/A in their background Check status? What did it change to and how soon?
