Hi, I am looking for the help about my application

My timeline

Aug 25, 2016, Received
Nov 07, 2017, MR
Nov 17, 2017, Med Passed

Now Sep 2016 Applicants are getting PPR, but my background is still NA.
So, where am I stuck? Is it Security?

Does anyone have similar situation?

I have a GCMS notes ordered in in late NOV, 2016. Security not started. All others passed. File location: PS-

But i am not sure how to identify the reason of delay..

You are not the only one,i did apply July 25 2016 and BG still N/A!And i did not travel i have a simple background!Dont worry,we will all get it sooner ar later
