Hello Everyone

33 Days passed since Background check turned into not applicable. I am wondering when should it turned into “In Progress” ? Anyone in similar situation like me? Can you share your updates and thoughts?

Hi Lildip!

PNP - Outland
AOR - April 20
NA2 - 21 Aug
so its only been around 16 days for me......
its very stressful and frustrating - I can empathize with your situation - but its taking PNP applicants forever to see any movement.
Praying that you get your PPR soon!!!

Thanks for your reply pakimom ! It's really hard to wait especially when you see that other streams such as FSW and CEC guys are getting PPR in less than 60 Days! Let's pray that IRCC give priority to PNP files in coming days.

My file didn't transferred to local visa office yet actually. This is the reply I got from CPC Ottawa when I enquired about my application status in 24th August :

Dear XYZ,

Please be advised that your application is at CIO and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization.

We do not require any information from you at the present time. An officer will contact you if further information is required. Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within six (6) months as this could delay your application.

Please consult our Website for information regarding our processing times:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp

For your information, the processing times, provided on the website, is the average time it took visa offices to approve or refuse 80 percent of applications during a specified period in the past. They may not accurately predict future processing times.

We appreciate your patience. In order to process requests efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests.
