Background check for baby!!!

hai all...

my hubby is sponsoring my 3 month old baby for PR and i am just staying with my baby and praying that he gets his visa soon....

we have crossed the first stage of approval and our file was trasferred to new delhi visa office and we havent heard from them still...any idea wat will they check in back ground for a baby? also the timeline for dependent child varies form 2-13 months. I am super worried that about the 13 months timeline(its just so long and i wonder what will they do during that time).

also,on what grounds will a child's PR visa be refused? Please share some light on these issues. thanks.

I dont think you have anything to worry about. I am applying for residency. Im the dependent child. I dont know what they will check in terms of background checks on a baby. Unfortunately these things take time. Mine has been in process for 6 months now. Youre timeline is completely normal. Im afraid the only thing I can say is be patient and it will come when it comes. If you dont hear anything for a few months perhaps you could call them for your own piece of mind. Good luck!
