Bachelors, then Post-Secondary Diploma. Am I eligible for PR?

What will be my PR chances under Canadian Experience Class, if I already have a bachelors from my country and have done Post-Secondary Diploma in Canada? Do they consider only canadian qualification and experience, or previous qualifications too as in case of study permit. Please answer me in detail! thanks in advance.

Read the requirements. Only CANADIAN work experience is considered.
