Bachelors from WES and MBA from IQAS

Hi

I have a 4 years bachelors and 2 year full time MBA. However, as WES does they have considered MBA as 1 year post graduate diploma.I was planning to get my masters ECA from IQAS as they provide masters equivalency for the same.
Cab I submit my profile with Bachelors evaluated by WES and Masters evaluated by IQAS or will I have to get both masters and bachelors evaluated by IQAS
