Bachelors and Masters Degree // Multiple police certiificates

Hello,

I received ITA on March 1st and would appreciate your answers on the following:

1. My husband and I hold a bachelors degree and a master's degree; I am wondering whether it is necessary to add our bachelors degree information in the education portion of the application if we are already stating that we did a master's degree and had it assessed by WES as such.

2. I will need to upload two police certificates: one from Mexico and one from the US. The US police certificate has been requested and should be arriving on day 80 of the 90 day application period allowed; however, the Mexican police certificate requires a Canadian request letter which, according to CEC website, I will receive after I submit my application:

a. Will I get extra time to request the Mexican police certificate or do I have to provide it within the 90 days allowed?
b. All my documents are ready except for both police certificates. If I wait to submit the application until I receive US police certificate (day 80) I won't have enough time to get the Mexican one. Can I submit without police certificates and explain that one is on the way but I need the Canadian letter requesting the second one to make it within the allowed period?

Thank you.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1 - You have to add it in the personal history section but only add your assessed credentials in the education section.

2a - You will get time to request the Mexican PCC AFTER submitting your eAPR - they will let you know once they start processing your application.
2b - You have to wait until you receive your US PCC - if you do not get it within 90 days then you can submit your eAPR along with proof that you applied for this PCC - so you are able to submit it later on.
