Bachelor of technology documents to WES under FSW program for ECA

Hi,

I am a Bachelor Of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering (4 years course).

Please tell me whether I need to send any other documents apart from the mentioned below:

1. Colored photocopy of my degree.(1 in total)
2. Colored photocopies of my 8 semester marksheets, signed, attested and sealed in an envelope by Controller Of Examination/Registrar of university.(8 in total)
3. print out of the payment details to WES.(1 in total)

Kindly let me know if I have missed anything.

Few of the follow up questions:
Q) Do we need to attest our degree also by someone or just a photocopy should suffice?
Q) Is any valid outside India stamp required on the documents?
Q) Do we need the colored copies of the documents or black and white copy should be ok?
Q) Degree is both in Hindi and English, is it ok to send the photocopy of english side only or both the sides required?
