Bachelor degree 3yrs and Post graduate diploma 1 Yr

I have Bachelor degree of 3 year and now i am planning to do pgdca of one year
please let me know that will i get pgdca point and will i be able to select option Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees while crs ?
if yes then which organization will give point of 1 year diploma wes or some else ?
