baby to be born in pakistan of canadian national

my case has been filed in march 2013. i am expecting and due is in april.. my husband is a candian national. will our baby gonna effect our case?

I assume your husband is Canadian Citizen and if so no it wont effect your case.You need to apply for Baby's Certificate of Citizenship and then you can apply for Baby's Canadian Passport....Good luck

If your husband is a Canadian citizen by birth or a naturalized Canadian (originally PR and then became Canadian) then the baby will be Canadian citizen.

If your husband is canadian by descent. Born outside canada but to canadian parent/s then the baby will not have canadian citizen.
