I'm TFW...and have a canadian boyfriend here and we decided to live together last aug 2013...because I was pregnant and we had our baby in October 2013...we're living together for a year....And I'm married in Phil's but filed my divorce already waiting for the decisions of the court...will file my AINp this coming august with common law as my marital status..( am I right?)... My work permit expires in April 2014 bec of 4 yrs cap...what will happen if I don't get results of my application when my work permits expires??. Need your inputs friends in this forum.... Thanks
