Hi, My process started in 2007 as simplified FSW (only the application form has been sent), my kid born just after sending the application form and my lawyer (which I cancelled after some disagreements) told me that we should wait till the update letter comes to include my baby, I'm close to get the update letter and I'm reading that the advice to some of the users in here is to inform the CIC as soon as the baby born, now... that I waited for so long should I keep waiting to get the update letter in order to include my baby or should I pay the fees and sent a new application prior the update letter?

What should be procedure, I'm worry that if I sent the inclusion right now, and they decide to start all over again or do some magic things and put me on hold, as you may realized I don't want to get any more delays in my process, 4 years it's enough!

Thanks in advance for your help

If you let them know now, they will not delay your case any more than they will if you let them know when you get the update letter, possibly even less.

Thanks for the quick reply, what should be the procedure in order to inform them? sent an application form with the fees receipt attached? I sent two emails to the embassy asking this but didn't get any response.

Go over all the forms and change all the ones where the baby would be listed. Then write a cover letter informing them of new family member. You can send the fees for the baby as well.
