baby born before i became a citizenship

Hi there.

I have a quick question in regard to my baby's eligibility to become a citizen.

I just became a citizen few days ago and my boy was in Jul (outside of canada) which i was still pr at that time.

according to the law/rule, he's not automatically became a citizen but what i can do for him while he's outside canada? can I apply for a pr or something for him while remaining outside canada?

You have to sponsor him first since you were not citizen yet when he was born.

You can sponsor from outside of Canada but you have to show proof that you will be returning to Canada.
