Baby Born After ITA

I need you input regarding a situation where a baby is born and there are only 30 days left before ITA expires. Its impossible to arrange birth certificate, passport and medical exam within 30 days.

Apart from baby documents, I have all documents ready to submit eAPR.

What should be done in this situation?

You have 3 options here:
1) Try and gather the baby's documents in 30 days.
2) Send them a letter of explanation explaining your situation and most likely they will grant you an extension.
3) If your score is high enough reject the ITA and wait for the next draw.

In no circumstances submit your application without adding the baby or else she will have to wait a year before you can sponsor her and I don't assume you want to stay away from your newborn for that long.

I agree with @moonpat83. If you do #2, just add receipts or documents showing that you have filed for birth certificate, medical appointment, and passport. Include detailed letter of explanation and I would suggest the timeframe for receiving those documents. Worst case scenario is your application gets rejected as incomplete, you get your fees back, and have to wait for another ITA.

What if i submit the eAPR now and send a CSE later on ??
