Hi!
I am a Canadian citizen returning to Canada after 6 years living abroad. I am coming back with my husband and my 5 years old daughter (they are both permanent residents of Canada). The moving company that is taking care of our personal effects shipment requires the B4e document (if received upon arrival in Canada). I have a doubt: considering that I am a Returning Canadian Citizen, which of the 4 options applies to me? I am not sure if I have to fill the form as a "settler" or "former resident".

If your daughter was born after you received your citizenship she is a canadian citizen (if 1st generation born abroad) and not a permanent resident.

That totally depends on the circumstances. That might be the husband's child from a previous relationship.

I was born outside of Canada from a Canadian mother which allowed me to get a Canadian citizenship. My daughter was born outside of Canada too so she wasn't allowed to apply for a citizenship too that's why she got a permanent residence.

Thank you! I got in touch with the moving company and they told me that this document will be given to me at the airport when I arrive. I just wanted to make sure I was going to fill it without any mistakes.

You can, and probably should, fill it out before you arrive. It will save you a lot of time in Customs and you can triple check your lists. You do not need to wait to fill it out. It's downloaded from the CBSA website.
https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/forms-formulaires/bsf186-eng.html and
https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/forms-formulaires/bsf186a-eng.html

The bsf-186a is used to overflow from the bsf-186 if you have a long list.
