I would like some feedback .. a relative was issued a Canadian TRV in 2011. Such was used as a true visitor( unlike some ppl i see here spend 3 months or ask for extensions while on TRV) spend 10 days in Canada on a 6 months TRV. However she would like to visit the US now...Having such would be at an advantage in a consular officer eye's compare to no travel at all?

I had B1/B2 for US and also visited many countries.
Yes, it would be an advantage in a consular officer's eye. :)
