I am a 2019 B. Tech. Civil Engineering Graduate, holding CGPA 6.69/10 or on a scale of Four, 2.99/4.

Which universities can I get into for Masters MEng in Civil Engineering.

Based on grades only, no one can tell you where to apply. I suggest to do some research as each school has different eligibility requirements.

Will really depend on who else applies for the masters course that year. Would look at university rankings and look at lower ranked schools, Some programs will also depend if you can find a supervisor.
