Azerbaijani Tourist Visa Time

My girlfriend is Azerbaijani and she is getting a single entry tourist visa to come to canada. We planned on her coming December 21 and leaving January 2. We have gotten together the documents for applying, but it says on one page the average visa time is 50 days. On another page it says 133 days for the Ankara Embassy in Turkey! Can anyone tell me how long it might actually take? I want her to come for Christmas so she can meet my extended family.

You should be using the processing times on the following page as a reference since she will be applying from outside of Canada:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/visitors.asp

The 50 day processing time is for applications submitted from within Canada. Your girlfriend is located outside of Canada and is therefore applying from outside of Candaa. So the 50 days doesn't apply to her.
