Hi,
I got my PR and I was away for 481 Days due to medical reasons.
Now I am coming back, I still have 3 years validity in my PR.

I hope there wont be any problem returning back.
I was staying in Canada for 3 years prior to my PR.

There won't be any problems if you were out of Canada for less than 1,095 days since becoming a permanent resident (date of landing as a PR).

Note: The validity of your PR card is irrelevant when it comes to meeting the residency obligation, and your PR card expiring does not mean that you are out of status.

You got your PR card on March 17, 2023 and you have PR status before that date.

When did you land/virtually land as PR?
Card validity doesn't mean anything regarding to RO.
Your days prior to landing as PR do not count.
