awarded full point for not enough working experience time

Hi,

I do not know if any of you experienced this. I was awarded the full point by CIC although my experience is only 2 years and 10 months, not full 3 years. I had the ITA last week, should I go on with this point (because it is not my fault) or should I decline it? If I go on, do you think an explanation letter will be sufficient?

When I started the application in June, they gave me 25 points. Early July, they increased my point to 50.
