1. Awarded 600 points by Saskatchewan, Total points 940.
Got selected in the express entry pool but rejected by CIC stating that the NOC code description is not matching with the Job role in my recent company.. :(
Ridiculous!! They have also deducted the 550 * 2 = 1100 $. :(

2. In the nomination certificate of 'Saska' it's written that "This nomination certificate expires on 06‐Apr‐2016" . Can I use this 600 points if I recreate the express entry profile for another PNP now?

Thanks & regards,
RS

1. Did you move your job? If you did, you had to notify both SINP and IRCC for the change. If NOC was not matching since the first place, you should've tell SINP for correction before you apply for PR. At least one of two--current position NOC or intended occupation, should've match with your "recent" job.

2. Since it's expired, you cannot use it. Contact SINP to see if extension is applicable to this case.

At least how much NOC duties need to be covered in the reference letter in order to satisfy work experience? :)
