Awaiting return of passport with COPR

I sent my passport to Ottawa in January 2019. A request for new passport photos was sent to a misspelt agent's email id. When I finally got the "final reminder" on 28th Feb, I sent new photos by next day express mail. They got it am sure. Still not reply and its 30 days since they got the new photos.

I am starting to get worried cos I have looked all over the forum and COPR does not get this delayed. I have tried calling them too but line is busy as usual. Any idea what I can do at this point? I hate to think they missplaced the passport or something.

I did a week ago. Their reply:
