Awaiting PR card after 4 months

Hello,

I landed in November and still have not received PR card (gave a reliable friends adress who would forward to me in UK). When I queried through the website, the reply email directed me to the "application status" section on the website but I am not recognised for some reason.

Any advice very gratefully received.

Call them on the call centre number and say you haven't received it yet. Quote your UCI number when they ask. They should be able to let you know what has happened.
