Awaiting for email after approval from CIC

I called CIC to ask about my express entery file status. They answered that, my file was approved back in October 2018 and I will get email only after six months have passed. I waited for six months to pass and then again called CIC, they again told me that my file is approved and they will send email but it's been 1.5 months and I am still waiting for email from their side. Has anyone faced the same issue? What should, I do?

Ask them which Visa Office your file is at. Once you know the VO, email the concerned VO about the same.
