Average visa processing times for Bangladeshi applicants?

Hello,

I keep hearing about these people on here who gets their visa within a week! Does anyone know how long it takes for Bangladeshi applicants? I remember hearing that it takes 10 weeks!? We have to apply through a VAC here and they send all the docs to Singapore!
