I checked on the Canada.ca website that the processing time for a study visa is around 13 weeks. However, several students who are going to my university have gotten their visa in 15 (for SDS) to 30 days (for non-SDS). So, I would like to ask if the visa processing time depends on the student's profile or not? Is the average time the same for all international students coming from India or does it depends on the student's location (or state) or do the students going to top universities get some priority?
I am having some delay in lodging my application so your reply is the only hope that can help me worry less.
