Average time for outland applicant?

Me and my canadian BF are about to apply for outland PR for canada through the london office and were wondering what peoples experiences regarding how long the process took them?

I vaguely recall finding a website a few months back which told us the average waiting times for the london office but now I cant find it for the life of me, anyone happen to know which site this was?

Outland application processing times vary greatly based on a number of factors.

From what I have read, London used to be pretty fast, until they closed the Islamabad visa office. All of the Pakistan files were transferred there. Now they say it's pretty slow.
