Average processing time for London VO is 27 months??????

I just checked today that average processing time for London VO is 27 months!!!!!! Is that right???? What is going on? I thought this year the backlog was supposed to clear up but seems its getting stretched longer. Seems they want less immigrants so the old applications have been purposely slowed down.

the 27 months is the avarage , from my observation i think the real period depends on the NOC if not in demand it will take more time,

I got a letter from Canadian VO in London that there's a huge backlog and they are giving preference to new applicants. Average waiting time to clear the backlog is about 2 years. Time to close this chapter!
