Greetings to all.
I graduated from High School in 2013 and after a year of training picked up a job as a Stock Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. Now I am about applying to further my studies in Canada. I will be enrolling in an Advanced Diploma program for 3 years.
Please, what are my chances of obtaining my Study Permit?
And my company is offering to take care of half of the expenses for 3 years.

Thanks

You've been out of school for seven years so why do you need to go back now? Why will studying in Canada in particular advance your career back home?

Your eligibility is in reference to your choice of program either it's masters or diploma , age factor also affects it a little bit, your ties in your country and Canada that if you will go back to your country after completing your studies if you have job there and you are on study leave. Your study gap, although I have seen on this forum many people are approved with eight years gap so if you can justify your gap with your job commitment.

Last but not the least your financial position counts as well that if you can afford your studies and stay or not so you need to show your assets if those are on your name well and good otherwise you can have an affidavit from your sponsor but if you are mature student then they expect you to own your money. This also adds to your home ties if you are having property or business so you can get back to look after this after completing your studies.

please more insight about the eligible requirements. Don't wanna mess up this chance.......
To be eligible for a study permit you must show you are a bona fide (genuine) student who has sufficient funds to pay for tuition and living expenses and who will leave Canada after graduation. This means you need to convince the visa officer that your intent is not to settle permanently, and your choice of program is relevant to your background and future prospects back home.

Do you not have a bachelor's degree? If you don't I would advise going for that. With your study gap you need to explain why you need to go back to school now and why you need to do it in Canada instead of your home country. Diploma applicants are commonly refused when it seems the primary intent is immigration and not education.

For someone who finished high school so long ago, your best bet is a Bachelor's Degree at at reputable UNIVERSITY and a well-written SoP motivating why you need to go to Canada.

Anything short of this won't help your cause.
