Hi,
This is a question on behalf of a Canadian friend who is inviting her mother over to Canada to help with pregnancy/delivery. She received the following message from the embassy in Lebanon:
Visa application, tracking ID No. XXX – Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office,Lebanon on 07/08/2013 to the Canada Visa Application Centre,Beirut. Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Please do NOT reply to this email
She was not able to get any help over the phone, but does this message mean that her mother was granted the visa or denied one. I am just wondering if anyone has an idea what this 'template' message usually indicate. She should expect the 'visa application center' in Beirut (which is a new center separate from the core Canadian embassy in Lebanon) to call her soon, either way. Right?
