My parents were here in Canada and their Refugee claimed was denied and their removal order turned into "Deportation Order".
My parents did not apply for PRRA and paid their own return tickets.
After they left, I applied for their sponsorship and now the CIC New Delhi is asking for the ARC with ARC fees.
My parents live in Kathmandu, Nepal. In Nepal we do not have Canadian Embassy.
My Question is:
Do they need to fill out any particular form for the ARC OR, they could just write a letter for the ARC?
If they need ARC application / form , where can we find that form.
Please guide us. Since my parents are very old, they may not be able to travel to New Delhi from Nepal.
If anyone could kindly guide us on how to write ARC, we would really appreciate it.
