Authorization Letter from CIC for PC Cert

Hello

I am a resident of India but worked in Singapore for a few years.

Therefore, CIC requires a Police Clearance Cert from SG as well. I need a letter from CIC to Authorize SG govt to issue me a PC cert. Can I consider my ITA letter and document checklist as the authorisation or is this a something different altogether?

Yes, the ITA letter + Document checklist can be used for this. You can also show them this: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how/singapore.html

CIC doesn't actually issue any letter/authorization, and will simply re-direct you back to this link if you request it from them.
