Hello!
I moved to Canada January 2010 and am on my third IEC visa which expires feb 2016.
Online it says if you have participated before 2015 than you can apply for one last visa (for Australians)
I have heard I will not be able to as I've been here almost 6 years.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
I have seen a lawyer who thought I couldn't get a third one two years ago but I did.
I can apply for PR through my partner which I have started gathering everything however I would need to apply within the next couple of weeks if i cannot get another IEC.
I'm tossing up on hiring a lawyer for my PR but if I have more time I will do it myself, that's why I'm wondering if anyone has recently been approved for a fourth IEC visa and have gone down to the border to re enter and if they had any problems.
